Please, fix synchronization timeout between watch and app. I cant see my recent activity info by two days, and "swipe-to-update" does not help, definitely. I think this is not app problem, but watches firmware. Best regards, your heart fan.

Where Telegram, Outlook??? Search phone not work on locked phone. Music remote not work with Google Play Music.

I cant register because the verification code is ever wrong I cant monitor my HR during a fitness session I dont receive any notification( whattsapp, sms, email, )

It fails to connect to the phone to the watch. What a complete piece of garbage. The app is garbage and the watch is trash. Im sending it right back where it came from.

I originally was going to purchase an Apple Watch. After reading the reviews on this one I decided to give it a try. I could not be more happy. It does everything I could want. Vibrates when a call or message comes in, keeps track of all my activity, etc. The battery lasts about 3 days. great watch

Ill like to have notification options for more apps (outlook for example)

Despite the watch being a lot of bang for the buck, it would be a much better experience if it didnt constantly disconnect from my iPhone 5s. Hopefully it gets better.

Prior to June 24 update, no connectivity issues between watch and phone. Latest update causes spotty connection requiring manual reset or re-pairing of Bluetooth link several times daily. Watch needs contextual music controls, ie play/pause for whatever media is currently playing or being presented. Weather app on watch requires too much time to update. Not convenient. Periodic automatic heart rate sensor function during workouts would be a great addition as well.

Disconnects a lot and does not flow to health app. Missed some calendar reminders and almost missed my meetings! Alcatel is not listening!

The watch isnt bad. I like the looks of it but it is also very limited just like the app itself. The app needs an app store with loads of customizations. Alcatel, Apple Watch and other smart watch companys like Pebbles blows your simple app away. The watch has so much potential, please update the software on the watch and the app.

I like the features and dashboard. Its very clear and clean. I specially like the wallpaper options and like putting up my own pics on the watch. I listen to a lot of music through the app which works great for me specially while working out! Love the battery :D

After about two weeks with my watch I can honestly say i love this thing. It is minimalistic yet functional and that appealed to me more than any other smart watch on the market. My biggest concern is how unstable the app is. Mine disconnects almost every hour and I think it kind of defeats the purpose of getting updates if it crashes as often as it does. This should be fixed asap. As far as some future features I would like id say maybe a calendar that syncs with the phones calendar for events, a gps system if at all possible, and maybe some basic predetermined replies to answer texts. Update: Been waiting for a new software update since I wrote my original review and I finally got one today. However it looks like Alcatel traded one glitch for another because now the app wont even stay open since it crashes within a few seconds of opening it. I also keep getting a message saying not to forget my phone despite it being within reach (pocket, bag, or even literally in my hand). Getting kind of tired of checking my watch every 30 mins to see if its still connected. Update 2: Another update from Alcatel and the app STILL force closes on me every five seconds. This app is just the most unbelievably useless thing Ive ever had to deal with on a phone. Cant give any lower stars than one but thats it, Im done with this crap.

I just upgraded today to 1.3 watch just keep asking to open the apps for reconnection to phone every 20-30 minutes I think this is not so good app or bad watch

It was pretty stable until this last update. Please update either the software or watch to stabilize it. Love the watch. Not a fan of the connectivity. It would be a 4 to 5 stars if it didnt disconnect every hour or 2.

Nothing more frustrating than having to pull your phone out to re connect your watch 15+ times a day! Just save for the apple watch

The app itself is ok, but it disconnects from my watch constantly. The last update claimed to fix this issue. It did not!

The thing that I love about this watch is the fact that I know the developers are working hard every day to make it better. I love the watch, but the app needs some improvement. I have full confidence that the functionality will improve drastically over the next year. I wish it would control Spotify and Pandora. I wish the remote trigger for the camera would flash the LED to let you know when the picture was being taken. I wish the watch would automatically know when you were sleeping instead of having to manually turn on sleep mode. I wish the app wouldnt disconnect all the time. I wish you could get calendar events, reminders, and alarms on the watch. Its definitely shaping up to be a very good product! I would be patient and give it some time.
