Love the watch but constantly disconnects from the app on my phone. I have to re-sync at least once every couple hours.

.........absolutely terrible app. Continuously crashes....! As soon as app is opened it closes within seconds. Deleted app, reinstalled app, restarted phone several times, still does not work.

The watch de synchs like every thirty minutes. What even is the point

Love the watch it has just what I need and the app is great ..... Just wish it had more watch faces just a few more but great option over others

1.3.2 is the first version of the app to maintain connectivity with my iPhone overnight. One issue though is repeat notifications. I think this is probably due to the new version trying to keep the connection alive. If I have a notification the watch vibrates every few mins until I clear the notification from Notification Center. It can be annoying when driving and you cant clear the notification safely.

Alcatel, Another horrible update. Watch wont stay connected and trying to change the wallpaper force closes the app. The update also makes my watch freeze up.

This latest version fixes so many issues from when the Alcatel Watch first launched. Syncing is almost flawless. Occasionally, youll have to slide between screens to get it to update from the watch, but its a small price to pay. Only WISH, is that the watch could get notifications WITHOUT the app running, but its a small price to pay for all the critical functions I need/want from a smart watch, and at 1/4 of the price of similar competitors.

Connectivity is OK (delete old app, restart your iOS device and than install app). Please connect this app witch apple health and make some new clock faces.

If you are having problems with this app. delete your ICloud backup. Delete app. Shut down restart your phone. Reinstall app. Works great now. But major battery loss on the watch

The app is very limited as it is the watch, but what it does does it well, smooth connectivity and minimalist app for a minimalist watch. Looking forward to see how it evolves.

The new patch fixed a lot of issues. The key to maintaining connectivity is to keep the app open in the background. The sync seems to be wirking well. However, there is a noticeable impact to the battery life of the phone! The battery life of the watch itself is great! I like the fact that if I step too far away from the phone, it alerts me not to forget it. I like the camera remote shutter capability and the music play/pause function. I like the calendar notifications (but am a bit confused with the duplication --- for example, it buzzes 15min before my appointment and then also at the time of the appointment). I like the fact that the appointment shows up on the screen! I wish sms messages or other messages would also display text. The functions are pretty basic, but good enough. The display is nice and bright. Many people comment on how nice the watch looks. Overall, Im pretty happy --- and considering the price, some of the shortcomings can be overlooked.

Not all work seamlessly with iPhone. sometimes weather or camera or music are not in sync with phone. It requires move app to be open and running in background. All notifications work perfect. However BBM notifications are not available at all. I found that interesting. Hope the next update resolves these. I like the watch :)

App is nice watch is cool. If I can control music then why cant I edit or delete text messages and emails? Lets get some more uses out of this cool watch

I love everything about this watch, but there are a few tweaks that I think would make it the best. I see a lot of reviews saying it needs fun apps and an AppStore. No! It does not need an AppStore. Its price model works well for what it does now. Charging is the best feature here. Hardware is great, but because of the design, my glass breaks constantly and at times when I dont even remember hitting it, so maybe be sure to get a protector. Software I dont have too much of a problem with it disconnecting like others have stated, as long as I keep the app up. I would ask that one of the two stop watches be replaced with an actual timer instead! Apps- the weather takes 5 minutes to load up, so I never use but it is very nice to use when you want to wait. I LOVE the camera feature, and the music feature, although it only works with Apple Music. It would be nice if it worked with whatever music was playing at the moment (Spotify/Pandora/etc.) Having a screen shot option would be a nice little plus. Plenty of times I have wanted to, but I have to take a pic of the watch face instead. And mostly, make the option for different text colors on the background. Having the ability to add a white background isnt beneficial if the text and watch hands is white and unchangeable.

Its not an iwatch in any regard but the price point is also a fraction of it. The watch works well for what it is intended which is for keeping track of steps, heart rate, sleep functioning ect. My only complaint Ive had so far is sometimes the weather syncing is a bit wonky. It is a very nice product and I can only see it becoming more polished in the future.

Please add more apps in watch notifications and more watch faces.So far its good.thanks

The application developer has made the minimum possible interaction with the iPhone, to limit the maximum range of settings on the grounds that the duration of the work device. Weather determines my city of residence is not a city Minsk and Motel. Watch with a huge potential, but application developers or lazy or selfish people. Since their release, new features are not added features and will not add, because the second version prepared hours, and those hours was abandoned.

Please update to include read/write ability with iOS Health app. So far we have a smart watch but a dumb app...

Missing one very important feature—syncing reminders from the reminders app on iPhone. Also I couldnt upload profile picture.
