I keep losing communications with my phone at short distances not receiving all notifications. Not dependable

i got this for x-mas and its working beautifuly the only problem is that the battery has a short life time span. amd the watch should come with a charger adapter to help it charge but other than that its amazing.

Not all notifications come through from iPhone 6s Plus. I would rather have my SMS notifications show, than my Facebook notifications.

Great app love it. It is simple to use and easy to understand but I wish there was more notification on the app like put Snapchat, Facebook and other apps that are highly used. I would love to see more notification options.

The most recent update to the move app has resulted in the app crashing every time it is opened. The app tries to display the update firmware message for the watch and then immediately crashes. My watch is useless without the ability to sync to my phone. Unacceptable.

Watch itself is pretty decent. Looks like a watch, almost acts like one. I wish it had an tap to wake feature instead of pressing the button. Sensitivity to wrist turn is not very accurate. The app however looks decent but it doesnt sync with the Apple Health. Watch to sync should also work more reliably. Most of the times it doesnt quite connect. Its hard to tell how to make it stay connected a bit more reliably.

Works as advertised. Wish it connected with more Apple apps, like the health one. Very nice looking. Easy to use. Love the dont forget your phone feature.

there are a lot of problems with this app and iOS. for starters, it doesn’t work on half the devices that it claims compatibility with. actually, it won’t even show up if you’re searching through the app store on an iPad. if you’re using an iPhone, it fails to sync, even over a stable wifi connection. it also doesn’t connect with other fitness trackers, like myfitnesspal or Apple Health. the accuracy of the heart rate monitor and sleep tracker are extremely questionable as well.

I have been enjoy my Alcatel One Touch with my iPhone 6. It syncs and data has been working good. For the money I paid on Amazon it is worth it. I not looking for the watch to be something else like Apple Watch or anything else. Just give me the step counter, heart rate, sleep meter and Im good the other features are a bonus for me.

Besides making a nice looking watch Alcatel is as useless as a company gets. (I now have the newest iPhone and for two days was unable to sync my data, (I had to log out and log back in to get my old data back but all the data from the past 2 days is just gone and the saddest part is that Ive come to get use to this!!! Well lets first start with a thank you for fixing the app that was crashing none stop. (After 3 weeks of the watch being rendered useless) But really?! Does it always have to be in accurate? Almost everyday I check my step count on the app vs the watch its always off but today I think I broke a record, its more then 1000 steps off. Honestly you guys are a joke!! Like wow!!! I wont even bother calling customer service anymore because they are just as useless. So maybe if I write this nasty but honest review someone at Alcatel One Touch will wake up!!!!

It always happens to me when i open the "Alcatel move" application. The app suddenly closed and was kicked out I have to delete and redownload + reinstall it to use just for once time. Then the crash repeat if i dont use the app for awhile :S So annoying me :((

For the money, this watch is very good. It does everything I want for a bit over $100.00. No need to pay $400.00 plus for an Apple Watch. Bruce H

I was interested in the purchase of a fitness watch and the price of the onetouch was only $50 more. I am using it with an iPhone 6s. It does all the fitness tracking especially like the heartrate monitor. The bonus for me are the notifications, remote music play, weather and alarm. The battery life has been about for two days and charges to full in an hour. It is comfortable to wear and looks very stylish. The app has plenty of room for improvement and I could deduct one star. Of course if you have the money and need more functionality get the apple watch or moto but for the price and function the one touch was the buy for me. I hope future software improvements will make it more useful.
